PLANS and PRICING

Plan A. $45.00 The simple small setup. Yard signs will include small Happy Birthday or Congrats Grad or Baby sign plus 8 small graphic signs.

Will not include name or age. (Example pictures of simple small set up, Grad, Baby, Flowers bird happy birthday, superhero's graphics).

Plan B. $65.00 Happy Birthday or Congrats sign, with Name/Age, and 10 small/medium graphic picks.

Plan C. $95.00 Large version with larger signs. Happy Birthday or Congrats sign, Name/Age, and 10 medium/large graphic signs.

Whichever plan you choose will be just for you!

Placed an order but need to cancel or change the date, rescheduling and canceling are both very easy to do.

Refund Policies. Need to cancel your order? for a 100% refund, give us 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled set up time. Exceptions, if weather prevents us from setting up the displays, such as lightning, thunderstorms, continuous rain, high winds, snow or ice conditions, you will receive a 100% refund.
If any of the following situations prevent us from setting up the signs in the front yard, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund: Locked gates which prevent us access to the front yard, animals present in the yard (either on or off leash), hazardous conditions, no grassy front yard to place signs, inaccurate address on the order, or homeowner will not allow placement of signs on the property. Thank you for your understanding!

Before Placing an Order:

We do have some requirements for you to agree with, please read the following. By placing an order with Yard Sign Wishes you agree to all of our requests.

Above pictures are examples. To add extra picture graphics: balloons, stars, hearts, this will be in bookings.

Information and Agreement between you the purchaser and Yard Sign Wishes, LLC

Actual booking will depend upon our availability. This is a rental not a purchase. Current territory servicing North Thornton area. From 144th Avenue south to 112th Avenue. Between I-25 east to Yosemite St. & south to Holly Street. Depending on available stock the signs may not be exact to your requests. If you are not one of the homeowners of the address given where the signs will be set up, PLEASE get their permission first, and give them a copy of this agreement. Please do not make this a “surprise” to any homeowner. The placement of signs will be set up in the front yard, in grass areas only, not in rocks, flower gardens, or in weeds, etc. Please turn off sprinklers, reschedule landscaping or gardening services, no mowing or spraying weeds while the signs are in place. Prior to us setting up the signs, if your ground is too hard PLEASE water the day before we arrive. The purchaser of this rental agreement is responsible for knowing the Homeowners (HOA) or covenant controlled rules regarding placing signs in the front yard. (I have already checked with Woodbridge Station HOA, the signs are allowed). Codes from City of Thornton, CO are; Do not attach any balloons, lights or other decorations on the signs. The signs will be removed by Yard Sign Wishes, LLC within 24 hours after placement. Signs to be no closer than 5 feet from the sidewalk. Signs will be no taller than 4 feet high and 18 feet long. ThorntonCo.gov/city-services/code-compliance/temporary-signs or 303 538 7517. For the safety of all, do not let children, adults, pets, animals, climb on, lean on, or play on any of our signs. Yard Sign Wishes, LLC will not be responsible or liable for any personal injuries or damage to property while the yard signs are set up in your yard. Once the signs are in place, please, do not move, remove, tamper with, damage, or throw any away. Doing so will make you responsible for replacing the dollar amount of each damaged sign and graphic.

By placing and paying for an order with Yard Sign Wishes, you do agree with the above.
