Your sign request depends on our availability. We may substitute a similar sign or color if necessary.
To add a few more graphics of balloons, hearts, stars to your order please add $10.00 per each set of 3 extras, and mention this when booking.
If you need to cancel your order, for a 100% refund, give us 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled set up time. The exceptions: depending on the current weather, lightning, thunderstorms, high winds, snow or ice conditions, you will receive 100% refund.
NO Refunds. If any of these situations prevent us from setting up the yard signs, we cannot issue any refunds. We will not enter the front yard if there is a locked gate, animals are present, the yard shows hazardous conditions, or there is no grassy front yard. Also, if we're given the wrong address to set up the signs, or a homeowner will not allow us to place the signs on their property.
If you are not one of the homeowners that is placing this order, by scheduling an appointment you acknowledge that you have obtained permission from the homeowner to place signs. Please do not make this a "surprise" to any homeowner.
Placement of sign rental will be set up in the front yard, grassy areas and not in rocks, flower gardens or in weeds etc. Please turn off sprinklers, reschedule landscaping or gardening services. no mowing or spraying weeds while the signs are in place. Prior to requested appointment, please ensure ground is soft, this may require watering the day prior to yard sign appointment depending on the time of the year.
The purchaser of the rental sign agreement is responsible for knowing the Homeowners (HOA) or Covenant controlled rules regarding placing signs in the front yard. Codes from City of Thornton: Do not attach any balloons, lights or other decorations on the signs. The signs will be removed within 24 hours of placement. Signs cannot be placed closer than 5 feet from the sidewalk, signs may not be taller than 4 feet high and 18 feet long.
